Our in-house design team will work closely with you to ensure superior results from preliminary concepts all the way through your master plan. Your vision and outdoor needs will carefully be taken into consideration as we create your master design. The design will be clearly presented using visual aids to ensure the complete customized project meets your expectations down to the very last detail. Step 1 – Conceptual Rendering Phase
The Conceptual Design Phase allows a close study and interface of thoughts and visions between the client and the R. Youngblood & Co. design team. Resulting from our initial client meeting, our design team will transmit their unique visions to a Conceptual Rendering. Once this rendering is finalized it will serve as our basis for the project cost studies. Furthermore this will pose the approvals from the client on the project style, approach & budget.
Step 2 – Design Development Phase
Once the Conceptual Rendering is approved and budgets are established, our design team will begin to finalize the rendering to a detailed functional design. Within this process all design items will be analyzed and studied in an attempt to ensure the required understanding between design and craftsman. Items such as trade meetings, city ordinance reviews, material selections, and budget comparisons are completed within this phase. Once complete, a full colored design presentation along with actual project cost analysis will be ready for the clients review and approval.
Step 3 – Project Installation
With detailed and approved project design in hand, R. Youngblood & Co. will begin the construction and installation of your project. It is our inclination due to the extreme importance of proper design interpretation that we design and construct our projects. This brings over 30 years of landscape excellence, knowledge and talent into your project. It is our desire to bring each and every design to reality directly though our in house crews and finely selected and managed craftsman specialist. With this in place, your project will be stamped with the fine touch of Garden Artistry that we portray.
Fee Structure
Conceptual Design
Fees range from $500 – $5,000. Many factors dictate the concept fee cost depending on the scope of each project.
Design Development
Conversations have been completed between R. Youngblood & Co. and the client regarding the presented conceptual design at this point. If client has committed and placed their confidence with R. Youngblood & Co. our design development phase becomes the results of that commitment.
Construction Feess
From completed cost studies and detailed analysis of project details a project estimate will be presented for client approval. Once approved and project contract in place work is ready to begin assuming schedule is in line. Please note that our project payment schedule is listed below.
